Trabuco is now the president of Bradesco, which has consistently ranked among the top two financial institutions in the country over the last several years. He was promoted to president in 2009 when Marcio Cypriano retired. In the years leading up to his promotion, he served in a vice president role at the bank. In 2003, he was appointed to run the securities division of Bradesco, and he was successful in that appointment. He was also appointed to the vice president seat. His hard work and enthusiasm in serving the pension and insurance clients earned him a notable award in 2007. Luiz Carlos Trabuco leads by example. He worked hard to make sure that all Bradesco customers were satisfied before he focused on growing the bank. Although an average executive who was just promoted to a bank’s top seat would have focused on simply growing the institution’s profits and size, Trabuco made the people a priority before seeking growth. Once he was sure that measures to take care of customers were in place, he bought the Brazilian branch of HSBC to expand Bradesco.

By following up three separate studies, Edison Research successfully investigated the hypothesis parameters on how podcast marketing via PodcastOne affected audience reception. The study found that podcast received by the audience increased their willingness to engage a brand. Further, the study demonstrated that a brand message response is significantly high among podcast audience. Statistics showed that the product awareness for the five company brands increased significantly during the study’s duration. Importantly, positive improvements in the market reception of the brands were noted in the post-study surveys. For instance, aftermath products gained popularity from brand messages.
